Are the products real?
They are real enough to have a SKU, a thumbnail, and a strong opinion about what counts as a measuring cup.
Can I return an idea?
Ideas are final sale. Physical items can be returned within 30 days, preferably with the same number of pieces they left with.
Why is the water dehydrated?
We removed the water so you can add it yourself. This is called customization when we say it and “a bag of dust” when you say it.
Do you answer every email?
We answer every email that contains a question, a shipping address, or a convincing drawing of a better FAQ.
